By creating an account or using Grymo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Grymo is

Grymo is a tool for recording and organising your personal and family finances — accounts, transactions, budgets and goals that you enter yourself.

Not financial advice

Grymo is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation. Decisions about your money are yours; for advice, consult a qualified professional.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• Provide a valid email address so we can reach you about your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt or attack the service, or reverse-engineer it to cause harm.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Grymo is under active development, so features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grymo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information in the app. You use Grymo at your own risk.

Ending your use

You can delete your account and all its data at any time by emailing support@mygrymo.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Grymo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
